Happy Dakini's day
ཡང་གཅིག་གསོན་དང་སྐལ་ལྡན་ཆོས་ཀྱི
རང་ཅག་རྣམས་ནི་ཡུལ་འདིའི་འགྲོན་
གནས་ལ་ཆགས་པ་མ་བྱེད་འགྲོ་གྲབས་
སྡོད་པའི་ཡུན་ལ་བཀའ་དྲིན་བསམ་ཤེ
Listen once more, my fortunate dharma brothers and sisters:
All of us are guests in this place;
Do not get attached to this land but prepare to depart!
For the time that you are here, you need to be grateful for kindness done to you.
རང་འདོད་མ་ཆེ་གཞན་ཕན་གང་མྱུར་སྒྲུ
ལུས་འདི་སྙིང་པོ་མེད་ལ་སྙིང་པོ་
ཚེ་འདི་རྟག་པ་མེད་པས་རྟག་འཛིན་
སྲོག་འདི་ཡིད་བརྟན་མེད་པས་གཤིས་
Do not be selfish, but benefit others as soon as you can!
This body is meaningless so make it meaningful!
This life is impermanent so be rid of clinging to permanence!
This life is unreliable so consider how things are!
ཆོས་ལ་ཕྱི་བཤོལ་མ་བྱེད་ད་ལྟ་སྒྲུ
ནོར་ལ་ཆགས་ཞེན་མ་བྱེད་མཆོད་སྦྱི
གྲོགས་ལ་རེ་དོགས་མ་ཆེ་གུ་ཡངས་
འགྲོ་ལ་གནོད་སེམས་མ་བྱེད་ཕན་པ་
Do not procrastinate in dharma, practice at once!
Do not obsess over wealth, make offerings and be generous!
Do not be overly suspicious of or expect much from friends, just be spacious!
Do not think of harming beings, work to benefit them!
ལས་ལ་བསླུ་བ་མེད་པས་ཡིད་ཆེས་དགོ
རང་ལ་བསོད་ནམས་དགོས་པས་ཚོགས་གཉི
མི་ལ་རང་ཚུགས་དགོས་པས་དྲང་པོར་
སེམས་ལ་བརྟན་ཆ་དགོས་པས་ཞི་གནས་
Karma is infallible,, so you must trust it!
You need merit, so work at amassing the two accumulations!
A person needs stability, so live honestly!
The mind needs steadiness, so practice śamatha!
གཞི་ལ་བཟང་ངན་དག་པའི་ལྟ་བ་དགོས།
ལམ་ལ་བདེ་བར་བགྲོད་པའི་ཐབས་ཤེས་
འབྲས་བུ་རྩོལ་མེད་འཆར་བའི་རྟོ
དོན་གང་ལྷུན་གྱིས་འགྲུབ་པའི་
In terms of the ground, you need a view free from judging good or bad.
In terms of the path, you need the wisdom and means to progress with ease.
In terms of the result, you need realization that dawns effortlessly.
Whatever your aim, you need to be skilled in means so that it may be spontaneously accomplished.
སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་དབྱིངས་ནས་དུ
རྩ་བརྒྱུད་བླ་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་དུས་རྟ
བརྩེ་བ་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོས་གཟིགས་
དེ་དོན་དྲན་གྱིན་དྲན་གྱིན་གསོལ་
Out of the expanse of bodhicitta
The Buddha, and the Root Gurus of the lineage as well,
Always looks upon us with great love and compassion;
Thus, pray to them as you think about this point.
དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བ་དབྱིངས་ནས་དགྱེ
རིག་འཛིན་མ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གཅེས་
ཉམས་ཐག་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་སྙིང་ནོ
རང་ཉིད་རང་ངོ་ཤེས་པའི་མཁས་པ་ཞི
Someone who deeply pleases the conquerors of the three times,
A dear child of the motherly assembly of Vidyādharas,
A beloved treasure to all destitute beings,
Someone who is capable of seeing one’s true nature,
དོན་ལ་ཨེ་འོང་རང་གིས་རང་ལ་བལྟོ
གཞན་ལ་ལེ་ཁག་མ་བྱེད་ཕ་ཡི་བུ།།
ཕ་རྒན་རིག་འཛིན་རྒོད་པོ་འཕུར་ཤུ
ཐང་ཕྲུག་ནམ་འཕང་གཅོད་པའི་རྟེན་
Take a look at yourself, is that how you will actually turn out?
Do not try to blame others my child!
Following the flight of your elderly father, an eagle among Vidyādharas,
Therein lies the conditions for you to soar to the heights of the sky oh child of the earth!

I, Sangngak Tenzin, upon completing my recitation of the Mountain Smoke Offering (Riwo Sangchö) prayer in the early morning of the tenth day of the twelfth month of the Tibetan Firebird year, composed these verses in letter-form containing the enumerations of the Noble-Eightfold Path in one sitting just as they spontaneously appeared in the space of my awareness. May it be virtuous!
